our competitive track
Our competitive program is built for long term athlete development where we prepare athletes for every stage of their journey—from pre team through life beyond gymnastics.
By incorporating the strengths of both the Xcel and Development Program pathways, athletes are given the best opportunities to progress safely, embrace the competitive process, and learn to face changes with a process focused mindset.
Rising Stars and our Optionals program are a year round commitment and by invitation only.

the POWER HOUR
flip fam +
Gymnastics is hard- physically and mentally, and often assumed to be the end goal. We’re here to tell you there is success in retiring from the sport of gymnastics. The transition out of competitive gym is hard, and we’re here to bridge the gap and support whatever comes next.
The Built to Last program was specifically designed for athletes to stay connected to their love of gymnastics while shifting focus toward the future. A great transition after competitive gym to maintain skill, strength, and general preparedness cohesively with other sports. Athletes can customize their experience by participating in one or both of the following:
the POWER HOUR
strength + conditioning
length: 60 minutes
POWER HOUR is a high energy strength and conditioning class designed to help athletes stay strong, explosive, and prepared for whatever comes next. Each POWER HOUR includes a unique combination of strength training, tumbling, plyos, conditioning, and endurance.
flip fam +
advanced tumbling
length: 60 minutes
Designed for former competitive gymnasts and experienced tumblers who want to continue developing and maintaining their tumbling skills in a fun, low-pressure environment. Athletes will work on technique, power, connections, and new skills while keeping their gymnastics foundation strong.
While Built to Last athletes do not participate in official competitions, athletes have continued opportunities to showcase their skills through annual showcases and in house events.
